I signed into contract with Rachel in the early stages of the Covid shut-down. This was a marital settlement issue and needed to be addressed in Family Law. We could only communicated by email and a few phone calls. Her email communication was not consistent and responses were sometimes delayed. I do not believe she used the expertise of my Trust attorney to the extent necessary, therefore our last resolution was a compromise to her and a lot of unknowns to me. The communication with the other party was lacking in specific requirements or response time, which lead to what I view as a demand to stop. She reached out months later after no communication, then never responded again. I will definitely need a different family law attorney if and when I revisit this issue.

Rachel is easy to work with and is very detail oriented. She is doing her best to make sure that I am well informed and continues to provide the support needed during this difficult situation.
