Without the help of the Seth Bowen Law firm, I know that I would not have had the successful outcome I have had. Ms. Nickelberry took on an difficult case. She worked tirelessly to make sure that the truth was told and presented it perfectly. Ms. Nickelberry stood by every one of my requests and guided me through the entire lengthy process. Though we faced challenges, she did not falter. I recommend the Bowen Law Firm as I have never been treated better. I had a great experience working with attorney Seth Bowen and his office. Seth and his office were prompt with deadlines and submitted all required documents in my case. I went into my partnership with this office willing to pull my own weight, provide as much detail as possible, and was prepared to support my case with documentation. This allowed Seth to represent me to his best ability. I felt this attorney is honest, compassionate, straight forward, and his staff are all wonderful as well. He is not a money hungry jerk like so many other Attorney’s out there, yet will fight your case aggressively (he hates loosing). In my experience he will only represent facts and not manipulate the case just to win. He was knowledgeable with my courthouse and judge making the experience more reassuring. Overall, I felt I was in great hands and hope to never need him again but if so I will return to this office for future representation. Thanks again Seth and staff!!!

I am so thankful that I found Seth. Two years ago I was going through a divorce with two small children. I was fearful of everything because I didn't know the legal system at all. I only knew CA favors fathers no matter the situation. Seth helped me with every question, no matter how ridiculous it sounded, with all the paperwork, and with all the fears I had. Seth was professional yet kind and understanding. If he didn't know the answer off the top of his head, he would research and find one for me. He was patient, direct, and had empathy. He cleared up any myth I had about divorce and had me figure out what I actually wanted and needed from this process. With his help, all the fear disappeared and my ex and I were able to come to a written agreement. When kids are involved it makes it harder, but Seth was honestly and straight forward.
