Extremely unprofessional. They are rude and failed to notify me of time sensitive documents that I needed to fill out and return . I had do do all the work myself. And when I simply asked them about it , they told me to find another attorney -after they had been representing me for over a year. They are not capable of handling their work load. I believe they deliberately do this so that your case has to go to court and that’s where they make their money. Also th Executive Director Mark refused to allow the contact of the owner Michelle to let her know what happened. Which I find very suspicious. If there was a ZERO star I would have selected that.

Right away he called back, walked me through what has happened to me, explained who was at fault and made sure I was first medically ok and financially since I had to take time off work. His entire staff were extremely thoughtful and considerate at every single step of the way and always were quick to return my calls and answering all my questions. You have a team of caring professionals that are part of your case from start to finish at Lyfe Law. I felt taken care of which is all you need after a bad accident.
