I truly tell you I could not have navigated through this extremely complicated process without this team! They made it look easy, but I know, as shaken up as I was was after the accident, I could not have done it! Granted, it took a while, but, here I am singing their praises! Thank you to a great team!!!

Son muy amables todos y muy atentos en los casos

They were personable people but to be honest they did very little to nothing for me when it mattered. I was in an accident that wasn’t my fault, they got the other insurance to cover full liability (which is how they get paid.) but in terms of getting my bike fixed they offered nothing. I couldn’t work for 3 months, due to a broken wrist and got no compensation during this time either. It felt like once they used my accident to make money they weren’t concerned with helping me. At the end of the day my insurance covered my expenses. Maybe it’s just this industry and not Don Lake’s team specifically but regardless I felt used.
