I started with a different attorney that was next to worthless. His strategy seemed to just wait for the insurance company to make an offer. Ronen on the other hand took the time to get the details. If I called or emailed him, he came back with a timely response. If I asked him to contact the opposing counsel with a reasonable concern, he did so soon after. In short, he never stopped working the case until an agreement was made that to the satisfaction of all.
