Our family had gotten into a bad car accident while sitting at a stop light an SUV rear ended us at full force because the driver dropped something and took her eyes off the road and didn't realize it was a red light, she rammed us at full force. Immediately after the car accident with a family member's suggestion on seeking out a lawyer. I went ahead and searched for local lawyers and found The Accident Guys in reading their reviews I went ahead a contacted them. The initial process was very quick and a lawyer contacted us that very same day, as soon as the next day we were getting treated for our injuries. We were assigned a caseworker named Dana, she was very helpful and friendly but the process seemed to slow down at point within a month of treatments, we needed MRIs and other pain management treatments but it was taking 6 weeks and more at a time to get approvals from their offices, we finally just decided to close our case to put it behind us. Joseph took over our case to close it, he was a huge help to us in handling our case, it was not a quick process but it was a lot more timely than getting the treatment approvals from Dana our case manager. Accident Guys are helpful in settling your accident case, I would recommend them to others but will also let people know it is a process and not to expect things to happen quickly.
