Long story short, I required Nedas legal services after dealing with a very long, difficult expensive, and bitter custody case. The Attorney I had working for me prior to Neda was great up to a certain point, but by the next phase of the Case, I needed a specific type of lawyer that utilized not only a different approach and tactics, but someone who is well respected among the Judges and other Attorneys. Yes, that kind of stuff will make a difference in your case. After the very first hearing with Neda as my Attorney, literally the case did a complete 180 in my favor, everything has been resolved and most importantly my family is UNITED and together. If this is your first time dealing with Divorce/Custody let me tell you this: Family Court Sucks, Its expensive, stressful, and a nightmare. Do your research on Attorneys, be prepared to spend A LOT, and if you can, really try to resolve your problems before they get to court. I consulted with multiple attorneys when I was considering a lawyer for my custody/visitation case. When I spoke with Neda for my consultation, she was the only one that I felt was on the same page as I was and ready to fight for me. She is a great balance between aggressive and compromise. Multiple times she would tell me she would say/fight for whatever I wanted, whether she thought I would be awarded that or not. Ultimately, I chose Neda because she had the same reactions/mindset to the events of my case that I had, whereas, other attorney's were eager for me to settle. There is risk when hiring a lawyer no matter which lawyer you hire. I had to go with my gut and how I felt when I consulted all of the attorneys and at the end of the day I felt the best with Neda. I am glad that I chose her, she was the best attorney for me and my case.

I highly recommend Neda, she has been my attorney for the past four years. She has been very professional, is very knowledgable, determined to get the best outcome and understanding to my situation. I will continue to hire her every time I have to return to court as I do not want anyone else representing me. It is a pleasure to work with her and her staff everytime I work with them.

I'm going to just state the facts from my own experience dealing with this firm. I fired this lawyer after she had lied to my face three different occasions. The first was when Mrs. Neda had stated that she had been doing family law for a long time. This is false as she has only had her licence to practice law in CA for five years. licence #303790 The second was when Neda told me I wouldn't win against the TRO even when I found out later I would have. I had no police record, and I never had any negative dealings with the police prior to the divorce. The third lie was when she charged me for reading emails when she did not. Because if she had read them she would have discovered the please respond at the end of the emails. Which Mrs Neda did not respond to. I felt disrespected from her lack of social professionalism of talking over me. Mrs Neda's constant dismissal of my reasonable requests for her to provide legal courses of action by means of giving me a creepy smile and just sitting there. I felt disrespected as a former member of the military. I did not feel respected for being a client that kept her employed. I noticed the awards displayed in her office had no sponsor names on them. Mrs. Neda had me submit payments into a trust so she could collect tax free income without a single cent being discounted for me the employer. I noticed when receiving the case file Mrs. Neda had begun her own investigation into fiances to divide when there was never a request for her to do this. I felt as a father and educated person Mrs. Neda was working for the opposition than my interests. After reading the reviews I have found myself to not be the only one who felt as if my interests were not being addressed. Mrs Neda quickly discontinued communication with me pushing me off on an intern Gary who was consistently dismissive and unresponsive. I have learned that Mrs. Neda is known as "Neda the nag" by other lawyers I have had the opportunity to speak with. As example, if she is confronted by opposition without a lawyer she will harass them instead of using proper legal avenues. When confronted by any experienced lawyer as in my case I found her acting in the oppositions best interest to curry favor with opposing council. I will be submitting a attorney misconduct complaint.

Best all around. Bradley is very knowledgeable and his advise and experience shows. There is no one is I would ever trust.

I so recommend Neda, she is a wonderful, passionate, knowledgeable, human being. Our experience was professional and encouraging. She was so understanding, compassionate and did not take advantage of us financially. She was half the price of our previous attorney Sharon Tate , who was horrible to work with. Neda, brought our case to an end and we are so happy to deal with an attorney who is professional and not verbally abusive as Sharon Tate was. I completely recommend Neda to anyone going through a custody battle. She’s passionate, hard-working, very knowledgeable and Professional Great to have on your side!

I hired this attorney in early Aug.2016 to complete a simple divorce. Two months later it was still not done. I fired her and completed the case in four days. She said the case was complicated and many more hours to complete. I was not going to send her any more money.

To this day this attorney still has not refunded my money as ordered by the Calif. Bar Association. She collected the full amount from to do a simple divorce. She never finished the case and kept my money. Bar ordered her to refund me for work she never did. She continues to lie.

I've dealt with many Lawyers/Attorneys in my life but when my husband and I met Neda all our worries went out the door . She handled everything for a flat price and we didn't even have to make an appearance in court on a custody issue with my stepson. I highly recommend her for any criminal or family disputes.
