I had an amazing experience with Ryan last year. His professionalism and experience played a major part in settling a complicated case. My dad was visiting me from India, he became a victim of pedestrian accident of an under-insured driver. He required a surgery which was quoted at a high price. I decided to consult this case with an injury attorney and that's where Ryan came in to picture. His arrival relieved stress on our entire family and gave us the confidence upon acknowledging his mastery in the end to end process. He suggested a few surgeons who gave me a few quotes and asked me to chose from. He made it so simple, he called the doc's office and booked appointments on my behalf. In the end, i chose a doctor who was not in Ryan's list and Ryan was ready to work with him. Ryan promptly inquired about my dad's health and spoke with my dad several times amidst his busy schedule. He was also courteous to return calls and emails through out the settlement process. Because of his involvement, my financial burden reduced and my dad is doing great. Me and my family sincerely thank him and we know who we need to contact in case something like this comes up in our loved one's life. In my opinion, it is better to approach PROs instead of taking things in your hand. I used my valuable time helping my dad recover rather than going through balance sheets and talking with collection agencies and hospital billing department
