I had a very poor experience with Sargent Firm, nearly a year and a half of dealing with them to come out with almost nothing. I selected them to handle my Mothers car accident injury case. My mother was injured and sustained life-long permanent damage. Communication is non-existent, all follow-up was initiated by myself. Their lawyers don't advocate for your, or for a better settlement, rather we got this "It is what it is" response by Vanessa. The settlement was taken by them and their partnered medical team (by design) and left us with nothing. I cannot recommend and suggest finding someone else.
