Benjamin Cates represented me in a criminal case that lasted a year and a half. It was my first "run in" with the law, so I had no idea how to go about dealing with any court proceedings. Ben took over my case and handled every single appearance for me for the entire 1yr&1/2, and finally got my case handled and closed. He updated me each time and kept me knowledgable about what was going to happen. He also gave me options instead of forcing me to do something. Overall, he stuck with me, and made the court process as easy as possible for me to deal with. I'm very happy with his representation and would hire him again if need be. I was wrongly accused for a DUI which resulted in an arrest But with Bens expertise and determination under Michael Scaffiddis firm I've been able to plea down and get on with my life now.
