If you are reading my review of Mr. Edward Baum Esq, then you’re are probably searching for a competent Accident Attorney. So, my quick response is to stop your search AND CALL HIS FIRM TODAY! Why I say? Because like you, I was involved in an accident. And this accident wasn’t my fault. In fact, the other party immediately accepted fault! I was stopped at a red light and rear ended by a driver that was only 16. The accident caused me several injuries. What seemed like a slam dunk with the at-fault insurance company turned into a nightmare. They simply didn’t want to pay for my medical bills. I had no choice but to seek help from an Attorney. I did my own research, and I went with Edward Baum Esq. and his Staff. I say Staff, because that is who you will work with on the onset. The Staff was sympathetic and most importantly provided me with updates as the matter went along. My matter took about 11 months to settle, and from what I’ve read, that’s about the time frame when the other insurance company is stalling (even though they know they’re at fault). In the end, we won/received a respectful settlement from the at-fault company. That day was a huge day for me. My past due medical bills were paid, car was repaired, and simply, I received closure. In closing, I was not asked by The Baum Law Firm for my review, nor was I paid for my review. Believe it or not, I am a very satisfied client! Edward Baum took my auto accident case out of the Temecula office late last year. His staff was very nice and extremely helpful throughout the process; Edward was thorough, explained everything at the pace I needed and helped alleviate all the stress. I was able to get a nice settlement and all questions answered. Would definitely recommend!

Mike was my lawyer and even thought he did not get the case thrown out he did his best. The DA had me dead to rights and, he was able to get the charges knocked, way down. i know his rates are high however, you get a high caliber lawyer for a reasonable price. I would recommend mike to any member of my family and friends. I truly feel mike's heart is in the right place. I once asked him, "Mike why defended small time people, why not defended high profile people, or a t the very least work for the.DA, he replied " Brad I just t don't like putting people behind bars, something I never though I would here a lawyer say. There is not enough I can say about this guy. If you are looking for an attorney who seriously, genuinely cares about his client, and his clients case Michael Donaldson is the real deal. During my search for an attorney I couldn't even get a call back from the attorneys in the area. Michael not only returned my call himself, he listened to my situation, and before ever mentioning any kind of investments for receiving his services I felt completely, and entirely comfortable with the idea of everything discussed. Being nervous, and not so sure about my situation, and the outcome he was the perfect choice.
