Kirby represented me during what I thought was going to be a simple case. I was originally charged with 1 felony and 3 misdemeanors. Months after the arrest there was a very unexpected twist in the case. The co-defendant in my case was now facing homicide charges for a homicide that occurred during my relationship with that individual. I was innocent but the cases coincided together, they directly related to each other. It was the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced. Kirby and Kim fought for me every step of the way, they knew I was innocent and they not only showed empathy along the way but they gave me the support I needed. It was through their perseverance that I walked away with 1 misdemeanor charge. Kirby and Kim always listened to what I had to say and more importantly they believed me. I can not even imagine where I would be today if I didn’t have Kirby on my side and representing me. They truly are a God sent, I can not thank them enough. Being wrapped up in a brutal case when you’re innocent is beyond what I can describe with mere words. I had met Kirby through a reliable coworker and thank the lord i did! My coworker had said he had done miracles for him, and miracle was definitely what I needed. He went above and beyond with his work and was always punctual (even when he was coming all the way from Temecula to Fullerton!!).
