Upon receiving a DUI in San Berandino County for marijuana, the following week I received all kinds of mail from DUI attorneys that wanted to represent me. After calling a few and getting thier quotes etc. I decided to do some research, I stumbled across my hero Scot Nuedroff and after reading his reviews I called him and gave him my information, sent him a payment and he got to work to defend me. I never had to appear in court and he followed up after each court appearance and continence. End results was a very small fine and two traffic violations which will have small increase in my insurance, but no DUI, suspended license, or hefty fines. I'm a Nevada resident and recently got into some legal trouble in California which at first was beyond overwhelming. I won't go into detail, but I was arrested with an extremely illegal assault rifle and a couple other highly illegal substances which earned me a bail amount of a kool $250,000. And just to reiterate how much trouble I was in, this bail amount was set and maintained through my arraignment regardless of the fact that I had no legal record whatsoever prior to this arrest. Anyway, my dad did some searching and found Scot. Within 48 hours of my dad's call, Scot was at the Inyo County jail talking to me in person and just barely another 24 hours later I was walking out of jail on my own recognizance. So needless to say, going from being stuck in jail indefinitely, unable to bail out, and facing a minimum prison sentence of 1-3 years to walking out of jail and getting a much more reasonable probation sentence of just over a year was a gigantic relief. Scot is an extremely professional and knowledgeable lawyer as well as a warm and caring person. He does everything he can to get his clients the best outcome possible in regards to the charges they face. He also takes time with you to ensure you understand every aspect of the judicial process you're involved in and is happy to answer any questions that may come to mind. I can't thank Scot enough for helping me through the absolute hardest part in my life I have faced so far.

Due to ignorance, I violated the California hit and run law. I found Scot via referral. Scot handled my case so well. He provided me an overview of what he thinks the process entailed and carried-through the ordeal accordingly. He is responsive either by phone or email. Everything turned out just per he described. I did not have to appear in court at all. By attending an educational program sponsored by the State of California, my case was dismissed. Scot is a true professional.
