I'm not a lawyer, and I don't play one on TV. So I must point out that not everyone's experience will match mine. I just might have been lucky in several ways. Ms. Delitala took great pains to ensure that I understood the various aspects of the case before I made the decisions to move forward. In this, she did as a good counselor should. As I listened to her advice and didn't try to play games with the legal and medical systems involved in this process, things went very smoothly. In fact, things concluded faster than we expected. I consider that to be a sign that I was well-represented, and I am satisfied that I got the settlement I deserved. Thank you, counselor!

If you want a great attorney to fight for you she is the one!!!! She took on my workman comp case from a big big mutlimillion company. She immediately went to work and never backeddown to them. She is very hard working and works late (i recieved late night email to prove her dedication). She didn't play around with your life as some attorneys do. I would highly highly recommend her. She is a very kind hearted attorney but is like an attack dog when she is fighting for you!!!! I thank you a million times over!!!!

I needed help with my workmen's comp claim. The Adjuster for my employer was not very helpful guiding me through the process of my claim. A neighbor tried to set up a senior citizen friend for a fake assault. Afterwards, the neighbor hired Ms. Perkins while the friend represented himself because he is old and poor. But he does tell the truth. So despite the money the unscrupulous neighbor spent on Ms. Perkins it was not enough to stop a 3 year Elder Abuse restraining order from being applied to her client. And rightly so.
