I have been using the law firm of Mr. Jerry Freedman for the past 6 months and I have received excellent advice and recommendations and support for my case. Mr. Freedman is very accessible, hardworking and I like the fact that he always respects and asks for my input along the way. I feel like it is a team effort. We just had our estate plan done with attorney Kent W. Keating. My husband and I had put it off for many years, it was always one of those things on our list of things to do. After learning about what can happen if we didn't have our estate plan or Wills, we decided to finally get it done. I contacted Mr. Keating and he walked us through the process. He explained every step to us and in a way that was easy to understand. Having our Wills and advanced directives now has given us so much peace of mind. Attorney Robert F. Sommers was amazing. My BAC was more than double the legal limit, and attorney Robert F. Sommers fought to get me the best deal I could have ever possibly walked away with. He drastically reduced the charges I was originally given. For example, I was supposed to have an interlock ignition device on my car, and thanks to Mr. Sommers, that is one of the many headaches I DO NOT have to deal with! He knows the different judges in Ventura County and will move your case back until the case falls into the hands of a judge who is most merciful. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my case and would not have been able to accurately represent myself. He is very knowledgable and very nice, every time I have a question about any paperwork I receive in the mail from court, Mr. Sommers is extremely explicative and makes sure I understand everything. Always returns calls when I leave a message. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my case, and I definitely recommend him to anyone who is gong the stresses of dealing with a DUI! He will save you!!!

Mr. Sommers helped me with my DUI in Ventura. I'd never had anything like this before and he guided me though the whole thing. I never even had to appear in court. He met with me in person to talk about what had happened and how he saw the case going. He even got me no jail and less time in DUI school after the DA dropped a charge saying that I had a .15% alcohol level. i will never get a dui again but will certainly refer anyone to Mr. Sommers in the future.
