I'm involved in a dispute over how to dissolve a partnership. Mr. Soffer offered practical advice, and suggested to hammer out a negotiation with the other partner directly. I currently have another lawyer, but feel that both lawyers involved are unable to come to a resolution due to the unreasonable, idiotic demands of the other partner. Mr. Soffer sensed that mediation may not be an option, based on their requests. I wish that we found him earlier, since he's concise, very well-versed in his field, and straightforward.

I consulted with Mr. Soffer and he assessed my complex matter quickly and gave me an honest recommendation as opposed to trying to get me into his office. I thought that was rather honest of him and felt that he was trustworthy (ie didn't try to generate charges unnecessarily). I intend to seek his services further if my matter gets worse and requires his intervention.
