I was recommended by a friend, once I meet Karen my whole situation changed. I love that she listens very closely and pays attention to details are very important. I had no idea what I was doing before I meet Karen. I’m very greatful I have meet Karen. I highly recommend her we are still working on my case. The specialist here are very disrespectful. I tried to describe my accident, was interrupted and then talked to like i did something wrong.
Samantha and Jose gave me a hard time , the two specialist there. I asked to speak to an attorney, they wouldn’t transfer me or even hear me out. Poor service, bad customer service, im really upset rn.

Karen is absolutely wonderful. She gave me confidence when I had none. she helped me through a hard time was very professional and did things and a great time matter.
