If you are looking for lawyer, look no further, Ravi is the best! I got served by the father of my child for joint custody, he wanted us to share my daughter every other week, 7 days with him and 7 days with me. I didn't even know where to begin with this situation. I reached out to Ravi, we set up an appointment I provided all my paperwork and had some homework to do. We met a week later and he sent out our response. Ravi did it all the paperwork, the filing, even the talking for me when we were in court. He was even kind enough to arrange payment plans. The date of our court date- I was a little nervous, but Ravi kept reminding me "relax, this is what you're paying me for"- he was right. He presented all the exhibits, pictures, and even talked on my behalf. I did not want my daughter bouncing from house to house every 7 days, based on our work schedules it was in my daughter's best interest for her to stay with me. The judge ruled Friday-Monday every other weekend, along with a 2 hour visit every Wednesday to spend with her father. This was great! The decision was extremely fair. We have another court date next year to revisit the visitation hours, I will defiantly keep Ravi on my team. I don't think I would have been able to do what Ravi did. I am so glad I hired him! Our experience with Ravi began as we entered our 3rd trial date for custody of my stepson. We had spent thousands of dollars and sleepless nights with little to no results. We were assigned a newly hired judge who had limited experience with Family Law cases and had created quite an uphill battle for us. Ravi impressed us immediately with his attention to detail as well as his prior experience in our judges court room. He was able to approach our case with an aggression that emphasized our concerns for my stepsons living situation but with a compassion that demonstrated we were coming from a place of love and concern and not malice for the other party. went to court for my dvtro after i had already botched it. kept opposing counsel from using it to completely take away my custody. then came back a month later and won a dvtro against my ex. most recently i couldn't afford representation due to the bad financial state this whole divorce and custody battle left me in. Ravi Parmar is a well-versed attorney. I hired him Oct 2016 and I have never regretted it. He already went to court with me once and I will definitely be hiring him again on my next upcoming hearing.
