He is very knowledgeable and informative, but most importantly, I find he genuinely cares to help you (unlike most money-hungry lawyers I've dealt with in the past) . Mr. Parmar is not your typical attorney. He actually takes the time to explain your options so that you choose and understand what steps to take. Every other attorney I have dealt or consulted with would simply tell me what I HAD to do and didn't answer questions very thoroughly if they answered at all. He has helped both me and my father with two different issues regarding our respective properties; both ended with a great result.
