First I have to say they David Chesley is a hard worker I came to him with a monitor on my ankle an he said he was going to get it removed and he did. Second I came to him with a felony and told him I wasn't taking any pleas an he got it dismissed I am definitely satisfied with his work an will always recommend him. David was my second paid lawyer on case and thankfully he actually did his job.

I previously met with 3 other estate planning attorneys, it was clear to us that Nick Montalto was the most knowledgeable and experienced. Also these guys are super. This is NOT a boilerplate estate planning firm that offers 5 types of trusts and pushes you to fit into 1 of the molds. Everything was tailored to my needs and wishes.. I also discovered that unlike most of the attorneys we met with, Nick has an extensive background in Estate Planning and I would recommend him in heartbeat and recently had him rework our estate plan and he is doing my mom's estate plan as well.

I had a small amount of medical cannabis and was arrested for DUI under marijuana influence. I hired the Chesley Law Firm and could not have been happier with the outcome. The police officer exaggerated his observations and made up some false claims as to my bloodshot appearance and the smell of smoke, etc. David never beat around the bush and told everybody straight up the honest truth, and that's what I really love about working with him. He brought a copy of my prescription and had my doctor and him sit down for a meeting with the D.A. about my condition. With David’s help, they saw through my POV and I was let off with a warning from the Judge. Easy peasy. Thanks a lot!

Great estate planning attorneys and great experience. Mr Montalto is very friendly and professional. It's obvious he loves what he does and loves helping others. The rates and costs were reasonable, and Nick really goes the extra mile without asking or charging more money. Everything was a low flat fee, nothing rushed, and they never changed the costs even though the complexity of my situation evolved since the initial consultation which was a relief. The staff is also very helpful and caring, and not in that forced sort of way. You can tell these are good people who are highly experienced and skilled.

i was accused and charged before i knew it the police officer was very rude and i was truly scared not knowing how to approach this situation i contacted a lawyer the first one gave me some options and did not seem promising at all after talking to some people i ended up talking to this law firm and i was much more reassured, finally someone who would come trough for me and they did!
