I did a conservetorship and a special needs trust. Both were done professionally. Everyone is helpful, friendly, patient , and positive. I had lots of questions and I was made very comfortable in the process as I was extremely nervous. I will continue to go back in the future for legal purposes.

My family has been using Probate House since 2001. They helped my parents with their Living Trust in 2001 and assisted them through out their years. Then they guided me through the process after they both passed. It was difficult for me but, Ms. Grebe and her staff were there for me. My Husband needed their assistance with his brothers estate that was left to him. Again they helped with everything. My husband and I recently did our own Trust and I found them extremally helpful and patient explaining every step we needed to do with our accounts and investments. Having to make the decision to legally change the status of another human being is one of the most difficult concepts I had to become comfortable with. I was also thankful this option was available to us, but was very overwhelmed at where to start. Our minds sometimes take us to a place where we are debilitated by unfamiliar (and let's be honest, unfavorable) situations and this can delay us from putting the ball in motion. A friend of mine brought up conservatorship over coffee one morning as her daughter is also still developing skills to take care of herself. I admitted that my husband and I have thought about it a million times but weren't sure where to start. She immediately referred me to Sibylle Grebe at The Probate House and literally told me to trust her and call immediately. Called this law firm since they are local to my family and seemed to have good reviews. My in-laws who are in need of living trust and poa, this firm will not give their fees for these services (only in person) and then proceeded to ask questions of why my family members could not call for themselves and why weren't other closer family members calling for them. Considering this firm is practicing family law, I find it odd that they do not realize not all immediate family is immediately close in relation nor available to help certain family members! What a waste of my breathe talking to the two women at this firm. Very unprofessional and ridiculous questioning. Other firms have no problem stating their fees and giving valuable information over the phone. For anyone reading this...skip this firm and Call the The Trust Brothers at Leisinger Law, LLP in Covina, they will also travel to you!!

Going through a divorce is extremely stressful. Deborah guided me through the process and was there every step of the way. She is professional, attentive and competent. I am thankful and appreciative of everything that Deborah did for me. I highly recommend her.

There are not enough words to properly relate the superlative service provided by everyone at The Probate House. From Ms. Sibylle Grebe founder of the company, who accepted my case, to her partner Lorenzo Stoller who was given it, and to the staff...professionalism, compassion, and personal attention was the norm. My sister, who has dementia, and I were treated with utmost dignity and respect while I sought to be her conservator. I was at a loss of how best to proceed since I live in South Carolina and had planned to care for her while her husband was hospitalized. He passed away and my stay continued for nine months. Ms. Grebe advised and guided me through those first difficult weeks of sorting through boxes of papers to find anything of importance. Lorenzo Stoller ultimately managed my case with the same compassion and caring as Ms. Grebe My questions were answered thoroughly, excellent recommendations for necessary referrals were made, and throughout this ordeal in fighting a competing petition for conservator, Lorenzo Stoller advised and encouraged me. I could not have won this battle without everyone at the Probate House holding my hand emotionally. Mr. Stoller obtained permission for me to take my sister to South Carolina before Christmas after my conservatorship was won; enabling us to stay, until the final hearing in August when the judge determines whether or not the move will be permanent. These last two years have been the most trying in my whole life. I would not have been able to see this through without not only the expertise of everyone in the Probate House, but also their genuine concern for me and my sister. I cannot recommend the Probate House highly enough.

Deborah Ewing was my lawyer for my divorce in 2015 and I still sing her praises to friends and relatives! She was forthright, very intelligent, exceedingly thorough, and somehow managed to retain a truly calm, friendly, and capable demeanor, while handling mounds of paperwork and umpteen phone calls with the other party’s attorney and staff. She was not cutthroat towards the other party, but she was also quick to let me know when I was being too nice and accommodating.
