The absolute best thing that an attorney can do for you is give you confidence. Dominic's efficiency and caring let me know that he has got my back. This is a hard thing to have to tackle and my confidence comes from know that I have Dominic and Anna on my side.

Very good experience so far

I have been with the Legacy Lawyers for almost 13 years, from the initial setup of the conservatorship to the final discharge and distribution orders. It was a long and arduous journey. I would say I wouldn't have made this far without the professional help from the Legacy Lawyers, especially David Chon during the early stage of the conservatorship. It was completely uncharted water for me to navigate. After the establishment of the trust six years ago, it has become easier but was still fraught with pitfalls. Matt Stidman was able to smooth out those for me. Finally, it was Michael Quintiliani who took the initiative and persistently drove the case to its closure. In hindsight, picking the right firm and staying with that firm throughout the whole process is the best practice because they know all of your case history to come up with the right course of action. It will pay off in the long run. I hope you stay with the Legacy Lawyers.

I believe the one star (which is still too much) combined with the fact that I just filed complaints with BBB and California Department of Consumer Affairs against this firm should be enough to describe my own experience with this shady and sharky law firm. I do not recommend them.

The Legacy Lawyers were All very kind and on top of our case. Every experience was not only efficient but was informative, but quick We got our settlement in under a year, whereas it would take over 2 sometimes upto 5 years. Overall very happy with the experience.

When I figured out that a family member hijacked our mother's living trust, I knew I would need legal help. Throughout the complicated proceedings and the accompanying emotional issues, Matthew and the other people at Legacy Lawyers were knowledgeable, patient, professional, and helpful. Does this sound like something written by a plant? It's not. I've had some prior experience with lawyers and the legal system. Some of that prior experience degraded my level of trust. In the past, I'd been misled and handed-off from lawyer to lawyer to lawyer. That didn't happen with this firm. I'm grateful for another reason, too. The emotional issues were not self-pitying, weepy, or whiney. The primary issue was my personal anger. During the proceedings and interactions, I found Matthew and his associates worth listening to. I give credit to these people for helping me to learn about the advantages of pursuing justice as opposed to pursuing revenge. Without reservation, I would recommend Matthew Stidham and Legacy Lawyers.
