the necessary explanation, my junior lien was wiped out by the foreclosure sale and not enough funds to pay all the liens. The joke is no $ changed hands. She likely had been getting by by fleecing people ever since she got to this land of opportunity. She had gotten my husband a pittance job here and there, making her input seem helpful and honest. Overall the service was excellent from the very start. The initial meeting was very informative regarding the explanation and process involved in doing a bankruptcy.
