I came to Lindsay for assistance when my husband and I were trying to figure out our needs. We weren't sure if we needed to start working with an estate planning attorney or if someone could just guide us in the right direction regarding a will. We've got one little and one on the way and just wanted to have peace of mind in the event something. I met Lindsay by chance, through a colleague, at exactly the right time. She helped me to follow all my duties as executor of an estate, and quickly close all items, getting the assets and funds to the beneficiaries much more efficiently than I could have done on my own. I hired Dennis to file a chapter 7 for me. I paid for his services on 2/12/21 and gave him all the paperwork he requested. 2 weeks passed and I never received any confirmation that my case was filed and he won't return my calls or emails. I have called him and emailed him multiple times and I have not received a response. This process is very difficult and extremely stressful. I expect my attorney to help make the process better or as good as it can be. I have paid over $1800 and my situation has become more stressful since I hired him. I feel cheated, robbed and lied to by someone that is supposed to be on my team. I am now extremely concerned that my case has not been filed and I have no way to confirm or speak to the person that claims to represent me. I am completely in the dark and have no idea what to do. I am currently in a worse situation since hiring this individual. ****WARNING**** DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY***
