I hired Counselor Stoller through a website search to probate my mother's estate. He walked me through a very difficult probate process. His counsel and advice assisted my family in navigating a complicated property deed issue involving several family members. I am always leery about hiring attorneys I have found through an internet search; however, Mr. Stoller and his staff are the real deal. His support team manager, Joanna, is awesome. Counselor Stoller (and his team) were attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. They also set clear expectations, so there were no surprises (other than the inordinate amount of time it takes the County of Los Angeles to process documents). I would recommend Mr. Stoller and his staff to my family and friends, when the time comes.

Lorenzo has assisted my husband and I on two separate probates, consecutively. He has been honest and straight forward with us since the beginning. We did have a few obstacles along the way and Lorenzo took the time to return our calls, answer our questions and explain our next steps in detail, allowing things to move forward smoothly. He also remained proactive with info regarding both cases at all times. We are grateful to Lorenzo and his team for assisting us throughout the entire process. We would recommend him to anyone.

Lorenzo assisted me and my family during our probate. We had some obstacles to deal with and he had no issues handling him. He’s honest and will go to bat for you. Can’t tell you how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to work with him.

We used Lorenzo and would use him again if we had to. He explained everything from the beginning as to what will occur during the process. He made me get a notepad to write it all down (thankful for that), and I referred to it occasionally during the process (this was a lot!!) But he gave excellent legal advice during probate. Other hurdles were encountered during this process, and he was able to refer us to other specialized lawyers outside of probate. Very responsive with emails and phone calls. Worked with Lorenzo and the team on a probate case that was far from straightforward, with a complex international angle to it. I thought the team were very good at understanding the case and tailoring things to my individual circumstances. He was very responsive, and always available to answers any questions. If you want a team that understands probate's very well and will keep on top of things then don't hesitate!

I just have to say that, Lorenzo, is the first attorney that I have dealt with, that actually replies to my emails. Not only did he reply, it was almost instantaneously. I simply cannot explain how The Probate House (Lorenzo, Joanna and Sibylle) made this incredibly difficult process as smooth as it could be. From the first call with Lorenzo when he explained, in incredible helpful detail, the entire probate process all the way to the end when we were able to wrap things up, the entire team was INCREDIBLY communicative, available and helpful. There were bumps in the road and hurdles to jump over, but they were there to help BEYOND what I could have asked. I could call or email knowing I would receive a quick response and for that I could not have asked for a better firm to get us through this process. From the very beginning interactions I had with Lorenzo it was clear I was in good hands. He is extremely positive, friendly, informative and compassionate. He worked on getting court documents needed for a special situation of a trust I am handling. I live on the other side of the country from where my deceased relative lived making the process much more daunting. I can't just drive down to the courthouse! Lorenzo efficiently reviewed my documents and provided what he felt was the best course of action (and least expensive) where other attorneys had been non committal. I felt good about the process and outcome. If you have an estate to settle, you will need a proficient attorney. I can't imagine anyone better at navigating the intricate CA probate process than Lorenzo and his firm. I highly recommend his services and look forward to working with him again.

Lorenzo was amazing since the very beginning. My fiancé and I interviewed several lawyers and Lorenzo stuck out because he genuinely showed that he cares about his clients.
