I have appreciated the legal expertise of Matthew Stidham, Esq. of The Legacy Lawyers, PC. He has lead me thru the most difficult and sensitive time of losing someone I loved. He quickly became someone I trusted and honestly provided information in the process of settling an emotionally charged situation. I felt he reviewed the trust that needed further explantation and provided me with choices as to whether to continue pursuing legal action, or settling with the other parties. Matt guided me in making the correct decision and further, worded the final settlement in a manner which clearly stated my point of view and opinion as to how the trust was being managed. Beyond his expertise and knowledge provided, Matt provided time enough for me to express many personal emotions that accompanied the reason I chose to pursued this type of legal action. He encouraged me to write a letter to the other party to clearly explain the reason for my actions and had this letter delivered between lawyers to assure it got to the right person. Settling trust by nature, are very emotional situations, I felt taking care of in a gentle but professional manner with not only Mr, Stidham, but with his team whom also worked with me in gathering information, and the Client Care representative who provided calls on a weekly bases to assure my satisfaction with the process. The other factor which further gained my support in this firm was the clarity of the statements. I knew how my retainer fee was being utilized and when I needed to replenish my account. Payments where easily made on the Legacy Lawyers Website. I do rate my experience with 5 stars due to the manner in which I was treated and the continued communication received. Legacy Lawyers are highly recommend regarding the handling of a sensitive situation, both personal and professionally.

My lawyer was Matthew Stidham, he established a trust for my mother and didn’t place the property into the trust under the correct name. The city requested an affidavit from the lawyer to establish that it was the same person and this useless lawyer wouldn’t return my calls, responded to one email and never made contact again. Do not waste your time or hard earned money on this firm. None of them are helpful to correct their own mistakes after they take your money. FIND A BETTER LAWYER.
