I contacted multiple law firms before selecting KRA Legal. When I called KRA Legal, I was connected to a customer service representative and they were immediately able to assist me with my case. I provided details regarding my accident and was able to get assistance right away. Not only were they compassionate but actually cared about my well - being. While the team diligently worked on my case, I would get updates regarding my case. I was always aware of what was going on and able to ask questions to gain clarity. The team made me feel supported and comfortable. I’m glad that they had 24/7 availability since it made it easier for me to reach out and connect as needed. KRA Legal was able to get me a great settlement offer that was able to cover for my medical bills and repair costs of my damaged vehicle. It gets no better than KRA Legal. Not only was the firm experienced with the Driver At Fault’s insurance company but they found a doctor that could accommodate my remote working agreement. The firm went the extra mile to make sure that they found me a mechanic who was flexible with pickup and drop off due to my work schedule. Lastly, my business was in trustworthy hands because the agency provided timely updates to the status of my case, timely follow ups for any inquiries made that ranged from injuries that resurfaced to timely settlement payment when needed. In all, their service is top tier because I was able to sign documents electronically and communicate with my Case Managers Crystal and Holly via text, which makes a world of difference during this challenging time. Getting hit is no fun especially during covid where everything is taking longer than usual but working with this law firm has been better than I expected. I haven't settled yet but so far I have gotten all my needs and wants met. I'm working with Marvin he is super nice and responsive. I would recommend this law firm!
