Thanks to Danny Duncan, I found out about Pat Carey. He's a great guy!

I chose David based on reviews for my traffic ticket. For the whole year David was following up on my case in court for a fixed fee that i paid when i hired him. He has a super convenient online system that allowed me to ask any kind of questions and see scheduled events and when it was necessary he called me on the phone. I highly recommend David as he will give you a layout of what to expect and will fight for you!

Patrick is an incredible defense lawyer. He obviously knows everything about the law on both sides. He worked as a prosecuting attorney and now as a defense lawyer. I just cannot say enough great things about Pat. Amazing attorney!!!!!!! When I first contacted Pat he immediately put my mind at ease. He was courteous, professional and you could just tell he knew his stuff! A loved one had unfortunately made some extremely poor decisions associated with addiction, and at one point, the maximum penalty was 10 years in state prison. For almost 6 months, Pat fought for him. He was not always the most pleasant person to work with but, Pat never quit on him. He was responsive with family, he communicated regularly and he stayed on top of every lead that came his way. Almost 6 months later and Pat worked out a deal for probation! No additional jail time! I was absolutely astonished that he pulled off what he pulled off. I attended every court hearing and watching Pat in action confirmed that he was the best in the business! If you ever find yourself or a loved one in a less than desirable situation with the law, I HIGHLY recommend Pat Carey as your criminal defense attorney. I hope I never need to use him again but I guarantee if I do, he will be the first and only person I call! Thank you Pat for everything! You are worth every penny spent and more!

david accepted my potential felony case on short notice and made it easy to provide him with the documentation he needed. within as little as 48 hours he had the case reduced to a traffic infraction with a small fine. no criminal case. can't ask for more than that. well unless his services were free . . . but really, this guy knows what he's doing and i can't say enough about his professionalism and experience. he gets it done.

David is a very pleasant person to work with. He was very understanding to the situation and explained all the possible outcomes. Most importantly he gets the case dismissed!!! I would recommend him to anyone!

Obviously no one can assure you of an outcome in court. David certainly did not guarantee anything to me. He did however show up for all of the dates associated with my case and at its fruition, he got my tickets dismissed. Thanks for the outstanding job. I would have given 5 stars regardless of the case outcome. I was fortunate in my case that the outcome was exactly what I hoped for.
