Patrick is an incredible defense lawyer. He obviously knows everything about the law on both sides. He worked as a prosecuting attorney and now as a defense lawyer. I just cannot say enough great things about Pat. Amazing attorney!!!!!!! When I first contacted Pat he immediately put my mind at ease. He was courteous, professional and you could just tell he knew his stuff! A loved one had unfortunately made some extremely poor decisions associated with addiction, and at one point, the maximum penalty was 10 years in state prison. For almost 6 months, Pat fought for him. He was not always the most pleasant person to work with but, Pat never quit on him. He was responsive with family, he communicated regularly and he stayed on top of every lead that came his way. Almost 6 months later and Pat worked out a deal for probation! No additional jail time! I was absolutely astonished that he pulled off what he pulled off. I attended every court hearing and watching Pat in action confirmed that he was the best in the business! If you ever find yourself or a loved one in a less than desirable situation with the law, I HIGHLY recommend Pat Carey as your criminal defense attorney. I hope I never need to use him again but I guarantee if I do, he will be the first and only person I call! Thank you Pat for everything! You are worth every penny spent and more!

Obviously no one can assure you of an outcome in court. David certainly did not guarantee anything to me. He did however show up for all of the dates associated with my case and at its fruition, he got my tickets dismissed. Thanks for the outstanding job. There are many aspects that I love about the service that David provides but the most important aspect is the time he takes to explain each case to me and follows up promptly. I've used him three times, each with a 100% success rate. The rates for his service are fair and he is always there when I need him!

Let me cut to the chase ... The prosecution alleged exceeding 65mph maximum speed limit and failure to update address with the DMV .... cited by California Highway Patrol. This case was subject to judicial punishment of $392 and administrative consequences of 1 negligent operator point for 3 years. end result ... motion to dismiss case was successful ... no convictions, no negligent operator point, and no fines ... case closed Dave is the "Da Man". Also very pleasant & professional person to deal with. I was always kept abreast of all developments in the case. I highly recommend!!!
