Hands down to Major Pete he helped me a lot on my darkest time, he took care of me and my divorce process all the way, divorce process was less than 6 months. Pat is a great lawyer! After searching and talking with a few lawyers I found and stuck with Pat, best decision ever made. I was on a grand theft felony case at just 19 years old for a crime that I didn't commit. And cases where the person is innocent are pretty hard to prove but Pat did it with confidence and determination from beginning till the end. From the first meeting with him till the end of my case he fought and fought for my innocence and we never doubted his abilities. Finally at the preliminary, he got the case dismissed with me proven factually innocent and got my record clean again and let me tell you, this was no easy case but he was able to give me my life back. Let me cut to the chase ... The prosecution alleged exceeding 65mph maximum speed limit and failure to update address with the DMV .... cited by California Highway Patrol. This case was subject to judicial punishment of $392 and administrative consequences of 1 negligent operator point for 3 years. end result ... motion to dismiss case was successful ... no convictions, no negligent operator point, and no fines ... case closed Dave is the "Da Man". Also very pleasant & professional person to deal with. I was always kept abreast of all developments in the case. I highly recommend!!!
