Después del accidente, me sentía tan confundida, triste y sin saber que pasos seguir me recomendaron Contactar a Farahí law firm, Liz torres me ha llamado la mayoría del tiempo, es una persona muy sensible para escuchar y me da las instrucciones de lo que debo hacer paso a paso siempre con claridad, recuerdo que un día me sentía tan triste y no pude detener mi llanto por que me sentía tan mal por mi accidente y le dije que me diera un momento y le llamaría de nuevo y ella me habló con tanta paciencia y empatía me dijo que no me preocupara y ella iba a permanecer en el teléfono conmigo, me hizo sentir tan bien. En general todas las personas que me han atendido son tan amables y siempre me atienden con mucha paciencia. Siempre los recomiendo a familiares y amigos.

I called this law firm the last weekend of February hoping to get help after getting into an accident. When I called and got connected to a representative I wasn’t even able to get into my story before him telling me “can I call you back” I complied figuring it must be a busy day in the office. Not only did he not call, but when I followed up and was placed with him, he stated that he did. Well that was a lie because I would’ve received a call especially when I was looking out for it. After finally telling him my story, he told me that lawyers would review the case and get back to me soon. Keep in mind this was in late February… It’s now April and I’m barely getting notified that they will not represent me, which is fine I understand. The reason why I’m leaving behind my review is because of how terrible they were in getting back to me. Not a law firm that is good at getting in contact with you in a timely manner.

I just started working with Farahi law firm, but you can tell that they care about providing the best services and care for their clients. Also willing to answer any questions whenever needed! Update: I really recommend Farahi Law Firm to anyone who’s gone through a car accident injury. They truly help you get all the medical attention & treatment you need as well as helping settle our claim with as least stress possible. Their staff is also always super helpful & friendly, and I would really like to thank JJ for always answering any questions I had throughout this process.
