I contacted Andrew about 3 weeks ago to see if he could take of my issue. My husband and I met with him for a consult and discussed with him what I needed done and he told us what he could do and for how much. He was very honest about everything. We decided to go ahead and have him take of what needed to be done. To sum it all up he got the job done in a very professional, honest, and very thorough along with the perfect fee. I was representing myself in a misdemeanor charge , and went to the preliminary hearing by myself. The DA offered me a plea deal in the hallway ,what I refused. I was innocent. The Judge did not like the idea I represent myself, and after I pleaded NOT GUILTY he told me to get a lawyer for the next hearing. After a long search looking in phonebooks and on the internet, and visiting court rooms, checking out attorneys in action ,picked a few lawyers, and went to see them. I chose Andrew, and I know now, a made a good decision!!!!! Andy represented my son with his criminal case. My sons case is definitely classified under “complicated to say the least” and yet Andy was attentive from the day I called him. The DA dragged out my sons case for over a year with continuance after continuance and every time we went to court we were left frustrated and confused. They were trying to put my son in prison and had the main DA supervising my sons case. Once we retained Andy those days were over. He was diligent, knowledgeable, professional, encouraging, and hes as sly as a fox. He is well spoken and not easily intimidated. I was issued a citation for an open container. This citation made me fearful that this would show up on my back ground check when applying for an RN license. Rather than asking for $, he explained the consequences of the citation and made me realized that my situation was not as bad as I thought it was.
