After my first lawyer did absolutely nothing (she disappeared!) & my case languished during covid, I found David. He is compassionate, thorough and on top of everything. His office staff is efficient and pleasant. My case that dragged on for 5 years with the other lawyer was settled within a year. I had the good fortune recently to closely participate in a divorce settlement case in which David Yamamoto represented a family member of mine, “J”. I needed a spousal support adjustment. Before I met David, I was totally used and abused by another lawyer. David evaluated my case, told me the timing and likely outcome and settled my case six months before the earliest possible date if I needed to go before a judge.
