I worked alongside Josh on a large, failure to pay "show-up" wages / vacation / meal break and Labor Code section 203 employment class action that ultimately settled for what the mediator characterized as one of the largest amounts in recent years. Josh was instrumental in making this happen. Coincidentally, his office is just a few blocks north of mine, here in Torrance. He and I made many appearances in the Central Civil West courthouse together, as well as several depositions. I highly recommend him.
