Levon Derkalousdian was my main point of contact during a case of wrongful termination and discrimination. I asked my employer for accommodations and disclosed a mental disability when they fired me the next day. Levon Derkalousdian was extremely supportive and knowledgable throughout the whole process. Because of my disability, high levels of stress are hard for me to manage. Levon went above and beyond to reduce my stress while educating me, keeping me up-to-date, and EMPOWERING ME to make the best choices for me. Levon spent extra time with me, really listening to how this termination affected me mentally and physically. He truly cared about the pain I was suffering as a result of this employers actions and he was tireless in his advocation of justice on my behalf. His tremendous support and belief in me not only got us the justice we were looking for, but it was incredibly healing for me. Seeing his perseverance and dedication to my case gave me hope that I was not alone. Incredibly thankful for Levon and all he did for me!

I highly recommend Levon he’s really easy to work with and is very understanding. I worked for a huge company and was sexually harassed and had no choice but to quit after nothing was done when I complained to HR. He fought aggressively for me and kept me updated through the whole process and made sure I understood what was happening and what could happen.
