Following arrest in Redondo Beach under California Vehicle Code (DUI): 23152(a) and 23152(b) Driving Under the Influence (DUI): misdemeanour to drive under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. I was charged with a DUI with an automobile accident. Mr. Rosinsky came to the accident site with me, and took many pictures.
