Wallace assisted me with a consumer claim involving a national sporting goods store and handled the case in a direct, professional, thoughtful and timely manner. Mr. Hammons represented me in my legal suit against a contractor who terminated work on an existing contract without any notification. The contractor was pre-paid for the majority of the contract and had completed only a portion of the work. The law suit was against the contractor's bond to recover pre-paid expenses for unfinished work and the expenses to repair the unfinished work that was damaging the property. Mr. Hammons was very professional and personable to work with. He also was very efficient in preparing the legal documents to expedite closure of the case.

Wally is an excellent lawyer, very knowledgable and easy to talk to. While my husband and I have consulted him on various matters over the years I want to especially give him thanks for helping us with our HOA/Plumbing woes. We were doing an HOA approved bathroom remodel, hired the HOA plumber and they drilled through 18 inches of slab, not only did the HOA and their lawyers come after us but the plumber wanted to be paid for putting everyone in jeopardy. Wally was able to help us successfully resolve our issues with the HOA with them ultimately realizing they approved our plans and we hired the plumber they recommended. He also successfully got the plumber to realize that not only did we not owe them money for the botched job but that they in fact owed us money for the added time and expense.
