I was in so much trouble. 3 charges and looking at jail time, when I first called Alison and even before I hired her, she looked my case right up!!! I always felt that Alison cared about getting the best out come possible. In my 57yrs Ive know many attorneys ALISON IS THE BEST!!! I recived no jail time, no probaition and a very small fine! I know it is because of all of Alison's great work she did on my case. She always returned my calls and emails, fast and I always felt like it mattered to her to get me the best out come possible!!! Hire Alison if you need help and dont want to waste your money on someone that doesnt care and does nothing but take your money. Alison was a great blessing to me and I highly recommend you hire her, if you want the best of everthing (quality and price!!!) and need someone that is very sharp and caring ! She goes far beyond then what I exspected!!! Get awesome ALISON if you need help and you too will be very happy and greatful you did!!!!

Alison worked hard for me and explained everything throughout the whole process with so much compassion. She saved me from additional jail time and made the whole process so much easier.

She was appointed due to conflict of interest with other PD but I would hire her for any other legal issues if needed again. Worth the price. She definitely knows her stuff and her blunt honesty is a plus.

Alison Bermant represented me in a case that was requiring me to appear in court to clear charges from a traffic ticket issued in my name 4 years prior. The ticket had gone to collections, and I was living out of state and couldn't appear in court. Ms. Bermant did an extraordinary job from start to finish with my case! She was very helpful during the initial phone consultation, as she laid out a clear plan of action for us to pursue. She was attentive to the situation, and made me feel entirely listened to regarding the matter at hand. She was always prompt and communicative during the petitioning process, sending me correspondence at every juncture, and letting me know what would be expected of me. She gathered the appropriate documents from me, and handled the court processions on her own. At every point along the way, I felt that my case was being handled with care, attention, and professionalism. At no point did I need to check in to see how things were going, as Ms. Bermant was consistently proactive in contacting me to inform me of the legal happenings. At the resolution of the case (which was an ideal resolution all things considered), Ms. Bermant sent me all the necessary documentation and explained to me the details of the legal decisions. Considering the legal outcome and the professional treatment I received, I'd say the legal fees were more than fair. This was shaping up to be a very frustrating and costly legal issue at the beginning, and I'm very fortunate I was able to get in contact with Ms. Bermant to represent me in this case. Not only did the case get resolved favorably and quickly, but also the case was handled with professional and responsible attention. It was obviously great that a positive legal decision was reached, but it was even better that I was treated with respect and courtesy by Ms. Bermant all along the way. Alison Bermant represented me in 2014. She is an excellent attourney, one you want on your side. Alison was very pleasant and informative and spent a long time on my initial call to her. My wife and I were very comfortable having Alison representing me and signed up with her to be my attorney. Alison worked hard to have my penalties be at the minimum. She had my court venue changed to a judge that would go by the DA's suggested Order Of Probation which resulted in less school time and limited jail time. Alison responded immediately to my ongoing questions and followed through with all the information to fulfill my obligations for the court and DMV. Alison's fee was very reasonable and I received a very compassionate and professional representation. No need to say after my review, I would definitely have Alison represent me in the future for any legal matters , but of course I will not need her for DUI after learning my lesson from my mistake in Judgment.
