Robby Robinson is a very capable, stand-up attorney. He represented me in a long, contentious employee arbitration suit, in which we prevailed. He was thorough, diligent in his research, patient, calm in his demeanor but steadfast in his determination to win the case. His very fair, straightforward and low-key style earned him credibility with the arbitration judge as well as even his adversaries. These cases can be emotional for the claimant, and Robby maintained a positive, confident, professional and calming approach throughout the process. He took the time to make sure that I understood what to expect up front, and explained all the proceedings as we went along. He maintains a lean, but capable team and held up extremely well even when faced with a much larger firm on the other side who always showed up with a few more lawyers than we did. My case was a work place retaliation situation. I found myself out of work after 19 years with my company and I needed a good attorney. My case took over 4 years to settle and during that time Robby was always professional in his conduct and treated my case with the utmost urgency. I can't remember any time when Robby didn't keep me informed on developments. He was always responsive to my phone calls and questions, and was very knowledgeable about my particular type of case and the hurtles we would have to overcome to win the case. I placed a lot of trust in Robby as the outcome of this case was of great importance to me and my family. When all is said and done I would most definitely give Robby my recommendation. He is a honorable man and to this day we are still friends.

I found Robby, in working with me to be very hardworking, very detail oriented. My case took about 3 years to wind its way through the California Court system.
