I was referred to Mr. Micheal Marley by another outstanding Lawyer for a tenacious family court case. After a consultation with him he agreed to take my case and proceeded to build a solid foundation with facts and clear evidence. He made me feel at ease and helped keep my anxiety with this case in check with his reassurances. He attempted several times to settle amicably with the opposing council but the plaintiff was not interested. After several continuances, it was finally time to move forward with this case and Micheal Marley was phenomenal in court. His vigorous cross-examination of the plaintiff was concise and direct. His emphasis on the straight indisputable facts really swayed the case in my favor. So much so the judge said that I could come to the stand to testify but he said it wouldn't weigh on the case. My Attorney was very polite towards all the court workers including the bailiffs, court reporter and especially the Judge. Always referring to him as Your Honor. He was very prepared with several copies of documents and exhibits for the court. Even giving an extra copy of them to the unprepared opposing counsel. The Judge found in my favor all thanks to Mr. Micheal Marly. Five stars is not an adequate rating for him. I highly recommend him for any of your Family Court matters or other legal issues or concerns.
