Mr. Unger was very kind and took the time to listen. He helped me finished my divorce and didn’t allow my ex to take advantage of me. I appreciate Mr. Unger and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good attorney.

Douglas Unger is an amazing lawyer. I had a divorce and family case that took longer than expected. He was a laywer who heard my voice. He would be there until the case turned good and brought safety for my children and myself. He is a laywer who has a lot of experiences. You cannot go wrong with him. Funny guy too!

After having a legal matter pending for 8 years , having tried out 2 pricey attorneys before Douglas , I had lost faith that i would be able to get my matter resolved. I was an international student at the time i was charged with 2 counts of felony and due to unfortunate circumstances had to leave the country before being able to resolve my case. My co-defendant introduced me to Douglas who never gave me any unreal expectations and gave it to me as real as possible , my previous attorney that I had retained from overseas wasnt even able to get hearing date saying “its a catch 22 you need to be here” . Not only was Douglas able to get the ball rolling he was able to contact the people who pressed charges , come up with a deal , and get the charges dismissed completely. Till this day I remember i was in utter disbelief when i got the short and to the point email saying “Good news your case has been dismissed” . 8 years worth of emotional and financial stress had come to an end only thanks to Douglas . I highly recommend Douglas as an attorney , my case was so complex specially because I was overseas that i didnt see a way out , Douglas was always kind enough to attend every phone call , be clear , not give false hope but deliver a better than expected outcome. My ex came back after 7 years to try to get custody of our son. Mind you, he resides in another State! He had some criminal background and did not seem to have a change in character over the years. Douglas took on my case though it was extremely chaotic, filled with false accusations, and hard to prove my side of the story. I'm a loving Father and just wanted what is best for my son. We ended up putting my Ex on the stand and walked through proper questioning and the judge started to see the truth. After my testimony on the stand the judge weighed into a favorable decision. My sons mother has to now seek psychiatric care, and if she doesn't follow through, I get FULL custody. I now get my son 6 days straight one week, 3 days the following.
