Poor attorney , appears to be burnt out....not aggressive and just goes along with the program and doesn't put enough heart into your case. He is poor in responding to clients phone calls......and never familiar with specifics about your case.....Kept giving me different dollar settlement amounts in writing, then we settled for less. Legal staff changes all the time and you talk to someone new......who don't know anything about your case.....thank god the state regulates the workers comp cases. because all he got me was what the state gives you anyway. I really didn't need an attorney....Please don't waste your case with this attorney. Make sure and get it in writing with any attorney you hire to keep you up to date with your case at least once a month and be a fighter. I sure learned the hard way from this attorney. Get it in writing!!!!!!!
