She did a fantastic job at preparing me for the interview and ensured I knew what sort of questions I would be asked and what sort of answers I should be giving. Shadi and her team have been awesome throughout this entire process of immigrating to the U.S.! She was there every step of the way! Did practice interviews, made sure that all aspects of the application are covered, told us what documents to get, Filing applications, told us what to say, and more importantly, what NOT to say at the interviews etc. During both interviews I could tell that the people from immigration knew who she was, and the interviews all went by fast and easy, and I think her presence and preparation with her clients is one of the reasons for that. 3 MONTHS! I was in need of an immigration lawyer just like you and I had no referrals or recommendations on who to use. I began my search on Google and probably just as you have been doing or will be doing, you're going to review all sorts of lawyers and law firms. I hope my review will save you time and anxiety. Let me cut to the chase, if you check out all the reviews (which are all 5 stars) for Ms. Sheidayi, you'll soon see a common pattern in what her clients are saying about her and her firm. That she's attentive, thorough, organized, professional, confident, prompt, detailed, well prepared, compassionate, proactive and is an expert in her field. This is just a short list of adjectives that describes how Ms. Sheidayi operates. She has a current success rate of 100% but doesn't guarantee that your case will get approved but she'll do everything she can to have you well prepared and anticipates those "what if" scenarios so there's no surprises. I met Ms. Sheidayi once on a Zoom call and she heard my case and told me she could handle the situation. She explained her costs to do everything and if I was satisfied, we could get started immediately. Needless to say, I signed up immediately. I'm a US citizen and my fiance is from Korea and was visiting me over the holidays on a 90-day tourists visa. Ms. Sheidayi informed me of the different options that were available to us if we wanted to get married while my fiance was currently y here in the USA. We decided to get married within the 90-days and soon thereafter, Ms. Sheidayi filed the adjustment of status for us. Understand, before filing the adjustment of status, she will give you a checklist of everything that you will need to provide to her such as your background, education, employment, previous marriages, children, etc. Once she has every thing that she's requested that's when she will be able to submit your file to the government. She filed my case in the beginning of February 2024 and on May 8, 2024, our green card case was approved within three months and without an interview! We were expecting a time period of at least six to nine months but whatever Ms. Sheidayi and her staff, in particular Mr. Parham, did to our file, they made it shine and put a gold star on it! We couldn't have been more pleased and grateful for their work and experience in this very turbulent immigration period. All the adjectives that I began this review with we experienced it all first hand and were so blessed that we made the right choice choosing the Law Offices of Shadi Sheidayi. As with all the other clients who came before me, please don't hesitate to choose Ms. Sheidayi, you won't go wrong and you won't be disappointed. Do what she asks and you'll be in the best of hands!
