I just got my Citizenship last week and my son got his 10 years Green Card. It was just possible because our fantastic attorney Shadi Sheidayi. The process started 4 years ago and she was very accurate in every step, dates, documentation, since my Fiance Visa until my Citizenship. I highly recommend her and her office.

When I first started my journey to obtain a marriage-based green card, I was so lost with all the overwhelming information that each law office that we went to told me. Finally, after carefully discussing with my brother, who was a previous client of Ms. Sheidayi’s law office. I decided to have a consultation with her. I had my doubts, obviously, since I had different sources that told me different things. However, this law office stands out from every place I have been to. My first impression was the professionalism of both her staff and the office. When I first walked in, I knew in my heart I might have found the right place to entrust my immigration case. I love how prepared they were during my first meeting, especially Ms. Sheidayi herself. Also, one thing to note, her punctuality is super on point, which I appreciate because I went to meetings during my lunch break and needed to be back on time for work. They asked questions that even I could not think of in my own relationship with my boyfriend at the time, who is now my beloved husband. She carefully took notes of my immigration history, my relationship and everything else (trust me, even you could never think of it even though it is your own history). We were informed carefully by her on the timeline, types of documents, what to expect from USCIS, what to expect from her office and basically whatever needs to be prepared for. During each stage of the case, she would always check in with us on how we were doing in terms of evidence of our marriage and any other joint documents that would help to support our case. She is always available for questions or concerns, even if her schedule is full, which I appreciated since it is very challenging to navigate around the US immigration system. She would always respond back to emails within 24 hours, and also if we have any concerns, she would always be happy to help us. And as anxious as I was on my interview date, our case got approved!!! Greatly thanks to her hard work, dedication and her professionalism. If you are looking for an attorney to represent you, trust me, she is worth every penny I saved up to hire her. You would never regret trusting her with your immigration case since you know you are in good hands. She knows exactly what she is doing. I would definitely recommend her for everyone that I know who is seeking for representation in front of the US immigration system.
