Long story short they got my case dismissed without me appearing in court. Sent contract via text. I never went to office . I live In another state now. They literally did everything and at the best price of the local lawyers I got quotes from. Same service but saved me few hundred bucks .... easy choice and they did everything exactly as they promised ! Thx Visco and Wohl !

Attorney Josh Visco is an incredibly reliable, comforting, responsive, and hard working attorney. In my experience with him I felt safe and care for helping me with my legal troubles. I knew I was in good hands with him from the start. I'm grateful that he has helped give me my freedom back. I highly recommend attorney Josh Visco for anyone who needs legal help.

I probably dealt with 10 different lawyers before choosing Josh Visco! Some will try to sell you their credentials claiming to work with celebrities and then others will just get their assistants to talk to you! Ridiculous. I'm telling you people, don't settle for that crap. I called Josh's office and he spoke with me, not some assistant. He gave answers when I had questions, was helpful and informative. I would recommend him to my personal friends if they ever needed it!

Josh Visco is an excellent attorney, with legal negotiation brilliance, and, courtroom charisma. Bottom line is he knows the law, and his strategy, and, negotiating skills are spot on. While needless to say, the legal process was very stressful, Mr. Visco's confidence, legal brilliance, and ability to get things done relieved the stress early on. Had two wrongfully accused felonies filed against me. One was dropped, the other reduced to a misdemeanor, with no jail time or probation. Mr Visco was referred to me by a good friend of mine. I sat down with few lawyers and I felt that Mr Visco was the best for my case.. I was being charged with several drug related charges; I was under investigation for 45 day by Irvine p.d. The D.A was trying to charge me w/ 10felonys and 4yrs max sentence or 1yr& 3month in county. After ONE court date my charges were dropped due to illegal search and seizure. I would refer Mr Visco to anyone that would need an attorney.

Josh Visco is an Awesome, Highly Experienced, Very Informative, Smart and an Outstanding Attorney! I personally thought of him as a older brother protecting me from the Bully (Prosecutor). My case which had to do with facing a minimum few years behind bars and a criminal record was completely DISMISSED and SEALED due to Mr. Visco hard dedication, intense negotiation skills, and determination to have everything dropped since day one. He is a man of his word. Explained everything on day one and pushed for complete dismissal once retained. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! PLUS HIS RATES ARE VERY REASONABLE... I consulted four other attorneys before retaining Mr. Visco who all were charging significantly higher and seemed incompetent. This guy's is the real deal!

I have so much gratitude for Josh Visco and his team. Getting arrested was terrifying and I thought my life was over. I literally had a panic attack. They arrested me for possession of narcotics with intent to distribute, because a friend had left a small baggie of drugs in the back seat when the cops ordered us out of the car. I got horribly depressed after the arrest thinking that I ruined my career and this was going to haunt me for the rest of my adult life. So I started asking around about who should help me and Visco was recommended to me by my mom. But I wanted to do some independent looking so I went online and Visco was clearly the top choice. At first I didn’t believe some of the reviews because they were so great. And I have to admit I was skeptical. So I met with a couple other attorneys in Riverside and near downtown Riverside by the courthouse. Total waste of my time. The first guy told me to do a ton of NA meetings and admit I had an drug problem – so ridiculous. Ive never used drugs and I was shocked he was asking me to do say that I was an addict, used or sold drugs. The second guy was crazy expensive and so I then met with Visco at his office. Visco immediately put me at ease. He explained the process but also explained that I was going to be okay and he could help. He is a former DA so he knows how it all works in court. He clearly had a TON of knowledge about fighting drug charges and criminal cases, but more important to me was that I felt like he cared about me and my situation and I wasn’t just a number to him. He sat with me for an hour and I felt a huge weight lifted off me by the time it was over. I hired him on the spot and he even gave me a payment plan. Visco put together a defense and on the 2nd court date had the drug charge thrown out through illegal search seizure. Now we just had the other drug charge which was a relief. I wasn't a drug pusher since the officer was really intimidating and demanding me to make a statement and I asked him what my rights were but he got mad and said I refused. He had the officers statements brought into court and got my possession with intent charge thrown out too. I am sure not every case gets thrown out so I was shocked and super grateful. He was super responsive to me when I had questions (I had a lot) and didn’t get impatient with me. In the end all I can say is that my life is better because of the help Visco gave me. I don’t think he’s a magician, even though some people have said that in their reviews – I just think he’s amazingly good and truly cares. His staff was super supportive and responsive as well. So thank you Visco. Really I am so grateful you helped me and I will recommend you to ANYONE who needs the best help out there. And if you are someone out there who is in trouble for more serious felonies or drugs, I recommend Visco and his team!!! Don’t even bother going anywhere else. They are known as the best for a reason. They are awesome!!

I would highly recommend Josh Visco if you find yourself needing legal representation. I was represented by three other lawyers prior to hiring Visco, and after a year and a half and thousands of dollars my case was going nowhere. Visco was able to do in just two hearings what the previous three lawyers couldn't do in over twenty hearings. Visco saved me thousands of dollars and my only regret is that I didn't hire him sooner. In the end a serious felony charge was ultimately dismissed thanks to Visco and his team. Hiring Josh visco was worth every penny and then some.

Josh did an outstanding job helping me resolve a case. I was sued by an insurance company for installing faulty plumbing. This accusation had no merit. Josh was able to convince the insurance company to dismiss the case with prejudice early on in the lawsuit.

I found Mr. Visco to be extremely knowledgeable when it came to his ability to defend me in a civil lawsuit last year. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always very professional with his demeanor in answering my endless stream of questions.
