We contacted Katie Walsh as a victim rights attorney on behalf of my minor niece and she was incredible. It wasn't until late in the case when we felt the DA had dropped the ball in the prosecution of the perpetrator that we reached out to Katie and we only wish we had done so earlier. Not only did Katie hold the DA accountable and show the judge how poorly they'd handled the case, she got us much more of a just resolution than we thought would ever be possible so late in the game. Katie is caring, personable and she doesn't let anything get by her. She held the court system accountable and we were proud to have her in our corner. When you enter the court system you need the best advocate you can find and Katie is exactly that.

Ms. Walsh was a life saver when I didn't know what was going on, or how to handle the situation. My young daughter was attacked at her middle school and was seriously injured. At a time when both the school and the police were giving us the run-around and not helping, Ms. Walsh fought for us! She made the police listen to us and do their job. She answered every question, phone call, and email I had that was related, and unrelated to this case. She was encouraging to myself and my daughter. Because she was persistent with the police, probation, and the District Attorney, a felony case was charged against my daughter's attacker. I highly recommend Ms. Walsh if you ever need an attorney for a criminal matter.

Katie Walsh is an outstanding attorney. I am a teacher and was being stalked/harassed by a parent at my school. I wanted a restraining order against this person. Ms. Walsh listened to me and made me feel like I was her most important client. She made me feel safe, and assured me that everything would be OK.
