I have been calling different attorneys which offer free consultations on this site. My experience has been that most will screen your calls and just have their secretaries tell you that they don't offer those service even though said services are listed on their profile. Anyways, I get a call back from Samantha Smith which started off telling me that she doesn't handle my type of case (commercial), but she listened anyways. She gave me some advise and went as far as to emailing me a referral. She went the extra mile and gave the referral the background on my case to make sure that they were a good fit.
