I highly recommend this office. Here’s why: On the afternoon of Friday, Nov. 6 2020 I was notified of a temporary court order that had been filed against me in Superior Court. The court hearing was scheduled in 6 days for Nov. 12, 2020. With no time to spare I was in search of legal representation. I was referred to Ilian Alchehayed at the Law Offices of Steven Giammichele. Within the first few minutes of speaking to Mr. Alchehayed on Nov. 6th, I knew I was referred to the right person to handle the case. He scheduled for us to meet at his office first thing Monday, Nov. 9 2020. That Monday morning we sat in his office for approx. 6 hours. During that time he listened with compassion, prepared the response to the court order, and filed the response immediately. I was impressed at how diligently he worked. On Thursday, Nov. 12 2020 I witnessed firsthand how well prepared Mr. Alchehayed was in front of the courtroom. He speaks confidently and communicated effectively to the judge and the other parties involved. Additionally, Mr. Alchehayed is thorough, resilient, methodical, and has a keen eye for detail. As a result, we won our case and the petitioner's court order was denied. I have since retained The Law Offices of Steven Giammichele to handle a conservatorship case on my behalf that is still pending.
