Ms. Dell provided excellent representation for me in my custody case. She understood that I was not looking to divorce my husband but needed to focus on custody of our children. Ms. Dell not only respected exactly what I wanted but advocated diligently for the best interests of my children in a way that did not unnecessarily antagonize the opposing party, helping me to achieve a result that the children and I could live with. She understands that you don’t have to be a bulldog in court to get the best results. I was impressed by her calm demeanor and commanding presence which made her extremely effective in court and in negotiating with opposing counsel. Ms. Dell was exactly the kind of lawyer that I needed, someone who gave me a voice but without making an already difficult situation more antagonistic or difficult. I am very thankful to have found her.

If I can leave 0 stars I would! Unless you want an attorney that throws tantrums and hissy fit’s like a three-year-old child, do not hire Justine Dell. I have personally, witnessed firsthand her childish behavior and you could not pay me to hire her as my attorney to represent me. I have also witnessed firsthand, her not do her client any favors whatsoever, using her as an attorney. I must say, it is pretty entertaining though. I’m honestly surprised that she has gotten away with her immature, childish tantrums as long as she has. Just a word of warning, do you not hire this attorney. From what I have first-hand witness to, she does not do her clients any favors whatsoever! I am almost certain that she called and complained to yelp and had them remove my review immediately so hopefully it stays on this one. That’s what she does.

I would highly recommend Justine A. Dell for your family law needs. Her attention to detail, sensitivity, prompt responses and wonderful staff has helped me navigate through the most painful situation I have ever encountered. Always there, always on time and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I loved the respect she received in the court room. I promise you that you will not be disappointed and it would be hard to find a better attorney.

Simply the best

I was very comfortable with Justine from my consultation and all throughout her handling my case. She is very professional and gets right to the point. I had absolutely no knowledge of the divorce process or the law. She took her time to explain things to me and discuss my options. I was very impressed with her help and guidance in trying to cut down on litigation costs. She is not the type of attorney that just sees $$ and and will drag out a case. I truly believe she has her clients best interest at heart. I was able to settle my case to avoid a long court process and I am so grateful I had Justine representing me and fighting for what was best for me!

Domestic Violence is a serious issue, and One I was facing in court alone to defend myself. As the court date grew closer, my anxiety was at its highest. "How can I face this man in court by myself in less than five days" he whom had destroyed my confidence in my self, and tried to destroy everything I held dear, and whom was extremely deceitful, and lied constantly. I prepared this whole case by myself, the file was three inches thick, and I thought, "how do I present this to the judge?" it would take hours, let alone, how do i face this man in court by myself, and sadly you cannot have family members with you for support. This was my second attempt at a DVRO, the first one, only a month earlier, I had dropped because he showed up to court and sat right down at my table pleading that I drop it, and I did. Only to experience within a few short weeks another verbal abusive attack on me and my daughter. My mom found Justin for me through recommendations, and she agreed to see me three days before court, no up charge for short notice, and I had some money left over. All I can say is WOW. I wanted to kiss her, she was so on point, knew my case like the back of her hand, went straight for key points immediately and within 15 minutes she had the judge saying to my ex wow your a Jekyll and Hyde personality, and with that said I had a 5 year restraining order, she had my ex back peddling, of which I could never do. More over, I was so fearful of him, and she stood by my side even when he walked into the area outside the court room, she said to me "do not listen to him" because he immediately got on his phone and started talking loudly, and Justine instructed me to ignore him he is trying to intimidate you, she stood by my side! shoulder to shoulder! Even if I did not win, she believed in me and wanted to protect me and my daughter and I am so grateful! Thank-you Justine !

JUSTINE DELL: intuitive, passionate, impregnable, unrelenting, tenacious, extremely knowledgeable, strategic and capable of bringing desired outcomes. I have a VERY COMPLICATED divorce case. I hired Ms. Dell to represent me. She is amazing. Don't let her size fool you, this woman packs a serious punch. Backed by her incredible office staff, her lead paralegal, Caroline Walters is compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable and patient. Ms. Dell fights for justice on your behalf. I can't say enough great things about Justine. I decided to represent myself and ended up loosing custody of my kids due to not following the judges orders. Justine came up with a plan of attack and was able to get my kids back. I not only got them back but got full custody. She is an extremely hard working mom who selflessly have up time with her own daughter to help me. She has made a name for herself because of her hard work and dedication. I would never recommend anyone else!! She ROCKS!
