I called Mr. Fair about an unlawful Detainer case I left a message for him and he quickly responded same day response which I didn't find with others I had contacted. He calmed my nerves because I was so upset and made me feel at ease. He explained my options and he gave me very valuable information about how I could remedy my situation. It was so easy to talk to him because he is (REALLY LISTENING!!!!!) and I truly know that if he is on your case its because he truly CARES about us little people who always get the short end of the stick! I would RECOMMEND him to anyone who needs a lawyer who is going to walk and talk you through your case till the end and WIN! Mr. Fair is not only an Awesome Lawyer he is an Awesome person who is there for You! Thank you Mr. Fair I consider you a Friend:-) thank so much!!!!!

I got hurt at work and asked not to go to the Drs and they would take care of me. Me being a company man didn't. About 6-8 weeks later I was terminated. I asked my job "what about my injuries?". They claimed they knew nothing about it! I talked to lawyers locally (high desert), San Bernardino and LA. No one would touch my case. That is till a friend mentioned Don. I went and talked him and told him my story. I remember like yesterday when he said "This is a tough case. However I believe you and I want to help you.". It was a tough case and he did help me. I got my back surgery, I got medical equipment, physical therapy, biweekly supplemental income and a bed to support my back! Not to mention my final settlement which came right before my son was born. I thank god for putting Don and his Law Firm in my path. Without him and Angelica I have I n idea where I would be today.

The office staff was courteous and Donald Fair was professional. Donald explained my case and listened to me. He prepared me on what to expect and gave me a time line. I appreciated his kindness.

I was a Client and did Not like The following issues because. 1. Unable to speak to Mr. Fair and When I did finally get ahold of Mr. Fair .. it came with ignorance and Unprofessionalism. ( for ex: ) I would call in and the Receptionist would say hes not in and I would have to walk in to actually view that Mr.Fair isin Fact in his office and im disabled. 2nd was because Mr Fair never put effort in to asist me on my case. For ex: I had a Deposition and Mr. Fair showed up late and without anytype of preparing. And as a client and Mr Fair being my Representative it kinda made me look bad when my own Attorney is dressed for a tennis game Literaaly and im the one wearing the tie??? I also was unable to receive T.D due to the Attorney filing my case as a Industrial injury instead of what I told him ... So I am expressing the facts of why I was very upset and mistreated.
